Membership Acceptance & Access
BEYOUROWN Inner Circle is a private members' network and female-focused business marketplace that operates on an application and acceptance basis. Membership applications are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with our community values, standards, and member experience.
Once an application has been reviewed, accepted, and payment has been processed, members gain immediate access to exclusive benefits, resources, events, networking opportunities, digital content, and community features.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our membership services and the immediate access provided upon acceptance, all membership fees, subscription payments, event registrations, digital products, and marketplace-related purchases are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:

Approved membership applications

Monthly or annual membership subscriptions

Membership renewals

Digital products, resources, templates, guides, or downloadable content

Event tickets, workshops, masterclasses, and networking events

By submitting an application and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Billing & Membership Renewals
Membership subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Members are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation preferences through their account settings.
Cancelling a membership will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for any current or previous billing periods.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe there has been an error in billing, duplicate payment, or unauthorised transaction, please contact our team within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the matter and respond accordingly.
