Lynda Harrison is a healer who combines science with spirituality to work with your subconscious and energetics. She possesses a unique ability to remotely tap into your energy, helping to heal and identify areas needing attention. After experiencing severe burnout in 2022 following a 15-year career as a Fashion & Celebrity PA, Lynda made the life-changing decision to leave that industry and embark on a healing journey to discover her true purpose. Through her exploration of alternative therapies and personal healing, she combined her favorite modalities to assist others, particularly high-achieving women who sacrifice their well-being for success. In early 2023, Lynda began offering holistic facial massages and ear acupuncture, skills she acquired during her 2021 maternity leave, to detoxify and balance the body hormonally and energetically for local women. During these sessions, she started receiving intuitive insights and messages for her clients, leading her to realize her true calling as a healer. Inspired by her grandmother, a glamorous and sought-after healer who mingled with the likes of Sean Connery, Lynda embraced her lineage of healers. With Lynda’s guidance, you will gently regulate your nervous system and heal your limiting beliefs, empowering you to reach your full potential and achieve success. Her toolkit includes certifications in Reiki, Belief Coding, Quantum Energy Healing, Quantum Flame Healing, and soon, Quantum Kids. She creates a warm, safe, and compassionate space to support your healing journey with complete confidentiality   Could you share a summary of your career journey and the pivotal moments that brought you to where you are now? Gosh, my career has been quite a journey. To keep it brief, I spent 15 years as a Fashion & Celebrity PA, working 24/7 under immense pressure. Trying to balance career goals with daily gym visits, maintaining friendships, and keeping up with messages was overwhelming. After having two kids, I experienced complete burnout, which led to snapping at everyone, frequent crying, and severe depression. This pushed me to make the significant decision to leave my six-figure, 15-year-long career and start anew, following my heart. Now, I run my own business, working for myself with more passion and energy than ever. I truly live for what I do, and it brings me immense joy.
In your opinion, what are the most critical qualities or attributes that a successful business leader should possess, and how do you embody them in your leadership style? For me it’s authenticity, having fun - aka enjoying what you do, don’t take life too seriously, stick to your morals & be compassionate - life is hard, everyone is going through something. Describe a significant challenge or setback you've faced in your career and how you overcame it to achieve your goals. I got some very good advice from a peer when I first started out as a PA. Know your worth, don’t let anyone else tell you your worth. You know what salary you deserve, so don’t settle for less. Think more like a man, take the emotion out of it and be more matter a fact. With this information I turned a £2.5k bonus into a £15k salary increase.  In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, how do you stay informed about industry trends and adjust your strategies to remain competitive? I have a business coach, and every time I level up, I will get the next business coach.  What is your approach to assembling and leading high-performing teams, and how do you inspire your team members to reach their full potential? I don’t have a team - I am a one-man band. How do you balance short-term financial objectives with long-term strategic planning for the growth and sustainability of your business? I am reinvesting everything I make back into the business, as I’m only very new - under one year I am not making enough to take a salary so everything I make goes back into training & things that I need to keep going. Could you share an example of a major decision you had to make that had a substantial impact on your organization? What was the result, and what lessons did you learn from the experience?  To pivot from doing facial massage and acupuncture to online energy and subconscious healing. I noticed the pressure that was being put on myself and my family as people were coming to me for treatments therefore, I was stressed about the house being tidy etc. And it took a lot out of me. I was booked up, but I wasn’t charging lots. Healing remotely has meant that I can work from my office, I can do after kids’ bedtime, and I have so much more flexibility. I am delivering healing still but in a different way. I do miss the face-to-face interaction, but this works better for my family and my life currently. What role does innovation play in your business strategy, and how do you foster a culture of innovation within your organization? For me innovation comes hand in hand with curiosity and authenticity. I am addicted to learning, I think I will continue to learn forever. There is nothing we don’t know. So, as I delver deeper into things - to do with the healings I offer, or to do with how to grow on social media, I never stop learning. I am interested and ambitious and I want to be the top of the pack and continue to do new things. How do you address ethical dilemmas and make tough decisions when they arise in your role as a business leader?  Luckily, there is only me in my company so far. Ethics are very important to me, as is authenticity. Looking ahead, what are your primary priorities and objectives for your business, and what strategies do you plan to employ to accomplish them?
I am determined to take my online healing business global. With clients already in Singapore, I aim to expand next to Sydney and Dubai. I am passionate about making healing affordable, which is why I offer a monthly Full Moon session for just £6, ensuring accessibility for everyone. For those seeking more personalized treatments, I offer higher-priced services. Additionally, I plan to create digital products to introduce automation into my business, allowing people to access healing at their convenience with just a click. However, I could use some assistance with my strategy. I recently launched my first course, enrolling two people, and I'm meticulously recording and documenting everything to eventually transform it into a digital product. I have a basic launch plan for the next iteration, scheduled for October. My focus now is on organizing everything and working diligently to achieve my goals. To elevate my business, I need to finalize my branding and arrange for professional photos to be taken. This will help enhance my business's image and appeal.
